what is
simulated field?
In simulated field clay shooting, targets are launched in a manner that replicates the flight patterns and behavior of game birds such as pheasants, ducks, or grouse (also including rabbits). This can involve using different types of clay targets, launching them at varying angles, speeds, and heights, and incorporating natural features of the landscape to mimic a hunting environment.

2023 Presidents Report
2023 was an amazing year down at our club, with new traps, remotes and some club house renovations, including a new stove – showing we still have plenty of energy in the group and we are still moving forward in the right direction into 2024.
Becks Mitre 10 February Shoot
On Sunday the 18th Feb, (with some gnomes keeping a close watch) warm weather and barely a breath of wind greeted over 70 competitors for our Becks Mitre 10 February shoot. Huge thank you to David Galloway for his sponsorship of the event!
Sports Hut Challenge A Huge Success
Over 100 participants attended the Sports Hut Challenge, enjoying near-perfect shooting conditions. Beretta and Winchester provided expertise and entertainment, with Alex Grodski winning Top Gun. Thank you to volunteers who made it a success.
